Get peace-of-mind for your home year-round or seasonally by protecting it with a Madsen’s Preventative Maintenance Contract. Our service plans will protect you against breakdowns and repairs to the working parts in your home.
The Service plan will include your preventative regular scheduled visits for filter and belt changes as well as an overall check of the system.
Included in your annual Service Contract agreement you will get preferred customer discount of 10% on all parts and labor. All service calls after normal business hours will be billed at the current overtime rate also at a 10% discount. Whether it’s during a heat spell or a real cold snap, our Service Contract customers become our main priority.
